When You Arrive
Medical / Surgical Patients
You should report to the Admitting Area in the lobby of the Hospital. An Admissions Representative will ask some questions for your medical record. All information you provide will be held in strict confidence. Questions you can expect to be asked will include:
- Advance Directives
- Signing a Treatment Consent and Conditions of Admission Form
- Financial Arrangements
Perinatal Patients
If you have already pre-registered, you may proceed directly to the Perinatal Unit for admission.
